Terms of Service

By accessing or using the E-Commerce Platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and E-Commerce Platform Pvt. Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), registered in Bangalore, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization or entity, you represent that you are authorized to agree to these Terms on their behalf.

Residents of certain regions may be subject to additional restrictions due to applicable local laws. We reserve the right to limit access to the Platform based on geography.

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@ecommerce.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during registration is inaccurate, or if there is reason to believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create multiple accounts, use another person's account, or create accounts using automated means without our express written permission.

All purchases made through the Platform are subject to product availability and our right to refuse any order. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of items purchased per person or per order.

Prices for products are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We will not honor pricing errors.

Payment must be received by us before your order is accepted. We accept credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, EMI, and other payment methods as made available from time to time.

All payment processing is handled by our certified payment partners (including Razorpay). We do not store your complete card details on our servers. Transactions are secured using industry-standard SSL encryption.

Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, customs clearance issues, or other factors beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for inspecting your order upon receipt and reporting any damage within 48 hours.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or certain restricted areas. A full list of non-serviceable pincodes is available during checkout.

We offer a 7-day return window on most products from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.

Certain categories — including personal care, innerwear, digital downloads, perishables, and customized products — are non-returnable. This will be clearly marked on the product page.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected. For cash-on-delivery orders, refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer.

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted — you must initiate a return upon delivery.

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, software, and product descriptions, is the property of the Company or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

If you believe any content on the Platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@ecommerce.com with the subject line 'DMCA Notice' and include the specific details of the alleged infringement.

You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that violates these Terms, including but not limited to: engaging in fraudulent transactions, submitting false reviews, attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or using the Platform to transmit spam or malware.

You may not scrape, crawl, index, or otherwise extract data from the Platform in any automated manner without our prior written consent.

Any attempt to impersonate another user, the Company, or any other person or entity is strictly prohibited.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your account and potential legal action.

By submitting a review, question, comment, or any other user-generated content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content on the Platform and in our marketing materials.

You represent that any content you submit is original, does not infringe any third-party rights, and does not violate any applicable laws.

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful, abusive, fraudulent, defamatory, or in violation of these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of (a) ₹5,000 or (b) the total amount paid by you to us in the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bangalore, India, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Notwithstanding the above, we may seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
